What a treasure it is to have Christ! The One whose worth is unraveled before us each time that we come.
With each turning of our gaze to behold Him, the more beautiful He becomes.
O that we may know Him! The fellowship of His sufferings, and the power of His resurrection.
O how Holy, how Wonderful, our Blessed Savior on that tree,
Most precious and sacred blood spilled out that sets the weary sinner free.
O what a mystery! The unmatched workings of His grace,
Approved unto the Father, through the acceptance of this Faith.
Faith in Jesus, the One and only Son; pierced for our transgressions, O what greater love!
Accepted in the Beloved, of no working of our own; but by the merit of the Cross, the perfection of His sacrifice alone.
O what treasure, the fellowship and union with Christ; to be known, to be loved, and be transformed by His life.
All striving shall cease with the knowledge of such grace,
More than sufficient, more than enough; a freedom no man can take!
Beloved, let us rejoice together with each passing of our days, proclaiming the goodness of our Savior, for His glory and His praise.
Ephesians 1:3-6
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, 5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He [a]made us accepted in the Beloved.”
Ephesians 2:8
“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.”
